For pick up orders, please allow 3-5 business days for us to get your order ready. Some items are made to order and thus require the lead time. You will receive a confirmation your order is ready for pick up.
REFUND POLICIES
IN PERSON SHOPPING:
Crystals and Crystal Jewellery purchased in person may not be returned or refunded. Ceremonial Items, healing cloths and amulets may not be returned nor will they be refunded. These items have charged for your energy and hence energetically belong to you.
ONLINE SHOPPING FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP:
For online orders that have been by pickup in person, we will gladly issue a store credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags and in original condition. All refunds will be for the value of the product only minus a 10% restocking and energetic clearing fee.
ONLINE OR LIVE SALE SHOPPING:
We will gladly issue a credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags and in original condition. All refunds will be for the value of the product only minus a 10% restocking and energetic clearing fee.
No exchanges on any items claimed during a live sale. You have 24 hours to confirm and purchase your live sale claims. They will be released to the next buyer from the live sale if you fail to pay for your items.
You are welcome to add to your live sale purchase with any item you see on our website. Please let us know if you want us to keep your box open and held till you have completed your selection. We advise you complete your shopping within 48 hours of the live sale claim to avoid losing your claims.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping costs will also be your responsibility. After 7 days no merchandise may be refunded.
NOTE: Ceremonial ritual tools, amulets and healing cloths are non-refundable to ensure their potency and efficacy in their healing work. We enforce this policy to avoid energetic contamination, altered resonance, and uphold their integrity and power.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Please note that crystals and minerals are formed naturally and their size and shape varies. Please allow some variance from the picture and understand that no two stones are ever alike. Many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form.
We do our best to ensure that all of our stones have been energetically cleared and are packaged with care and love.
Should you find that any item purchased from us is faulty or was misrepresented we will offer you a full refund within 7 days. We stand by all of our products and guarantee they are of top quality and craftsmanship.

International taxes and duties are not included in the shipping rates and it is your responsibility to be aware of what those charges are.
Insurance is encouraged for all packages over $500.
